Friday, May 2 at Jimmy G's Restaurant in Sharpsburg, 7pm

The Don of the DeMedio Family, Alphonse 'Big Al' DeMedio, respectfully requests your presence at a dinner celebrating his early retirement, and you would be wise to attend. All of the arrangements have been made for this to be the party of the year. The gang's all here to enjoy a night of dinner, singing, a champagne toast and more! Dance the night away with the live band, "Luigi Marinara and the Mob Hits". Join the ladies in Al's life, along with his extended family and business associates for his final farewell from the family business. Don't miss Arrivederci, Al! - A Dinner With The Godfather. You might just 'get made' a part of the family. It's an offer you can't refuse!

Come enjoy this new audience interactive comedy, conceived and written by two of Pittsburgh's best loved improvisational theater veterans, Michael E. Moats and Francis A. Veltri. In the tradition of Tony 'n Tina's Wedding, Grandma Sylvia's Funeral and Flanagan's Wake, Arrivederci, Al! - A Dinner With The Godfather puts you, the audience, right in the middle of the action!

Join us for this audience participation comedy on Friday, May 2 at Jimmy G’s in Sharpsburg.  Tickets are $49.95 and include a sumptuous Italian buffet, dessert and a champagne toast.  $10 of your ticket will be donated to the Cancer Caring Center.  For reservations, call 412-781-4884.

Presents

The 5th Annual
Community Partners Concert

The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra along with other Pittsburgh non-profit organizations are teaming up in an innovative approach to ticket sales and fundraising. The PSO donates the orchestra services, and secures corporate sponsors to underwrite costs associated with guest artist services and concert production. Patrons earmark the cost of their tickets to benefit their charity of choice - and all proceed from the concert are distributed among participating non-profit partners- like the CANCER CARING CENTER.

The event is chaired by Mr. and Mrs. Ron Davenport, Jr. The Davenports will be hosting a reception for the guests who have purchased Gold Circle Tickets. The first half of this exciting concert features the winner of the annual Sphinx Competition in performance with the PSO; the second half will present the Orchestra and popular artist, Isaac Hayes. Isaac Hayes composed the music for "Shaft," but also wrote many other hits. Many of his greatest hits have been sampled by artists from Destiny's Child and TLC, to the late TuPac Shakur and Notorious B.I.G. You may also know him as the voice of "Chef" from South Park!

Tickets for this event range from $21.50- $112.50, are available through the PSO box office, and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We will receive the revenue generated from ticket sales designating Cancer Caring Center as the beneficiary (#6645) - email the Center for a brochure. The PSO will NOT profit from YOUR ticket purchase. For concert information, please call the PSO box office at 412-392-4900 or 1-800-743-8560.Click here for a brochure
